april 11, 2017…

today, i am grateful for…

…headphones that drown out the noise, arguing, and yelling. that allow me to be able to focus on myself, my breathing, and my meditation. i’m also grateful for another great meditation focusing on hope, something that i’ve never seemed to have very much of throughout my life, but something that is growing daily and exponentially…

…a great pre-dawn walk with buggs. we listened to the bird’s singing and smelled the jasmine, and rosemary…

…two cups of hot, black coffee enjoyed on the patio, while watching the sun come up…

…a nice cool shower, after getting all hot and sweaty rowing…

…being able to use the crv and go to therapy, after a week of no therapy. my 🕵 was in pdx (i was so envious!!), for a death conference. she is a thanatoligist after all. she was impressed with all of the work that i concentrated on while she was gone and i shared with her about 13 reasons why. she made my homework to come up with a list of my reasons and my people…

…a day out and about, driving around by myself…parking and walking to where ever the fuck i wanted. i went on a photographic expedition. i explored and had an adventure. i ventured into the fremont art’s district and container park…a park made out of storage containers. i walked everywhere and had a great time. i shot lots of photos…

…the wonderful produce at the ninety-nine cent store…thin sprigs of asparagus, yellow and red onions, portobello mushrooms, jalapeno and poblano peppers, and artichokes…

…j***y volunteering to watch buggs today, while i was out and about…

…being able to watch my show later tonight…

i am hopeful. i am healthy. i am strong.

namaste.
