tonight’s meditation and playlist…

tonight’s meditation is something that really helped me this morning. it’s a meditation for overcoming obstacles and frustration. 

it’s no secret that i slammed, headfirst into a huge obstacle last week. i sat spinning my wheels and making no progress. i was completely frustrated. 

i felt stuck and unable to move forward, until i had clarity and understanding. i allowed my frustration to get the best of me and i made bad choices.

i listened to this meditation this morning and along with my discoveries, it served to shift my perspective and focus, off of myself, and my obstacle.

once i was able to shift my focus off of myself and my overwhelming frustration…i was able to again find my balance, my peace, and proceed forward.

tonight’s meditation:

my playlist grows exponentially each time i get in the car and drive. the shazam app is my very favorite of all-time. anytime there’s a song on the radio, on the television, in the elevator, at the restaurant, or at the mall…all you have to do is press the button…and, it will tell you the name of the song and who sings it. it will also give you the option to save the song, to your spotify playlist. i shazam constantly, thus the huge playlist…and, it’s always fun for me to place the playlist on shuffle, to see what pops up, as i work out.
