right now, as you all know, i am trying to keep busy. i am trying to keep my mind off of things that i have no control over.
i am being kind to myself in the only ways that i know how. among the ways that i am trying to accomplish this are through working and being amongst the public, therapy, spending time with buggs at the dog park, talking to my friends, looking for ways to volunteer and be kind to others, walking and exercise, meditation and emdr, listening to music-although right now it’s very difficult, watching “the office” and other shows that i like, playing mindless games on my phone and computer, writing, taking photos, and creating art.
i’m sorry, but there will be no playlist tonight. i just came back from my walk not feeling very good. so, i think that i just need my dog and my meditation. and then, maybe i’ll be okay…
